Jeanerette Police Continues to Look for a Suspect Wanted for Questioning in Homicide

Jeanerette Police Chief Dusty Vallot is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 22-year-old Tyrese Anthony Jones. Jones is wanted for questioning and is a person of interest in reference to the October 30th, 2021, homicide of Marcus Ray Alexis.

According to the Jeanerette Police Department, Jones currently has an active warrant for unrelated charges.
