The Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office Bureau of Investigations is asking for the public’s help in locating a Franklin man wanted in connection with an ongoing investigation in the Lydia area.
According to investigators, multiple complaints were received alleging that Marlon Roberson, also known as Marlon Robertson, engaged in lewd acts in public and within view of others. Following an investigation, detectives obtained an arrest warrant charging Roberson with Obscenity under Louisiana Revised Statute 14:106.
Roberson’s information is as follows:
• Name: Marlon Roberson (also known as Marlon Robertson)
• Date of Birth: January 10, 2006
• Last Known Residence: Franklin, Louisiana
Investigators believe Roberson may be driving a white 2019 Ford F-150 bearing Louisiana license plate Z792969.
Anyone with information regarding Roberson’s whereabouts is urged to contact Detective Jarred Spurlock with the Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office at (337) 321-4556 or IPSO Dispatch at (337) 369-3711. Information may also be provided through any local law enforcement agency.
Authorities are also encouraging anyone who may have witnessed similar incidents or who may have additional information related to this investigation to come forward.
