Gray Man Charged with Cyberstalking and Terrorizing

NAPOLEONVILLE – Dustin Paul Bergeron, 36, of 243 Kimino Drive, Gray, LA, was arrested on felony charges on April 7, 2020, according to Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon.

Deputies responded to a complaint near Plattenville on the aforementioned date regarding people receiving death threats from an individual identified as Dustin Paul Bergeron.

Deputies interviewed the complainants as well as potential witnesses in the case. Deputies attempted to interview Dustin Paul Bergeron but were unable to locate him at the time.

Deputies believed there was probable cause to obtain arrest warrants for Dustin Paul Bergeron at the conclusion of the investigation. Those warrants were granted.

St. Mary Parish deputies arrested Dustin Paul Bergeron on Thursday. Bergeron was taken to Assumption Parish on Tuesday.

Dustin Paul Bergeron posted a $15,000 commercial bond on Saturday and was released.
