Franklin Police Chief Announces P.A.C.E. Meeting for Community Engagement

Chief Cedric Handy of the Franklin Police Department is inviting citizens of Franklin to the first-ever P.A.C.E. Meeting (Police and Community Engagement). The event is scheduled for Thursday, February 1, 2024, and will be held from 5:00 PM to approximately 7:00 PM at the Teche Theatre, located at 501 Main Street in Franklin, LA.

The gathering will off an opportunity for community members to voice their concerns regarding police and community-related matters, engage in a Q&A session, and exchange ideas for improvement.

Mayor Eugene Foulcard and City Council representatives will be present at the meeting.
