The Franklin Police Department responded to 10 complaints over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
Milton Green, 35, of Willow St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on May 31, 2022, at 3:03 PM, on the charges of remaining where forbidden, disturbing the peace by intoxication, and obscenity. Green was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
Angel Estrada, 43, of Clark St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on May 31, 2022, at 7:43 PM, on a warrant dated May 4, 2022, for theft. Estrada was booked, processed, and released on a $1,500.00 bond.
