Deshineda Connor, 35, of Martin Luther King Blvd., Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 23, 2022, at 10:49 AM, on the charges of improper supervision of a minor by a parent, school attendance, and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. Connor was booked, processed, and released to appear in Third Ward City Court.
