Dereal Madison, 76, of St. Joseph Ln., Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 23, 2023, at 9:36 AM, on a warrant dated December 9, 2022, for driving while intoxicated. Madison was booked, processed, and released on a $2,500.00 bond.
Gerald Dupas, 36, of Iberia St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 23, 2023, at 10:24 AM, on warrants dated February 15, 2023, for theft, battery of a dating partner, and violation of protective order. Dupas was additionally arrested on the charge of resisting an officer by flight – 4 counts. Dupas was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
