Theresa Lopez, 37, of Ninth St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 11, 2023, at 6:21 PM, on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. Lopez was booked, processed, and released on a $2,500.00 bond.
