The Franklin Police Department responded to 32 complaints over the past holiday weekend and made the following arrests:
Vandimere Willis, 23, of Texas St., Lake Charles, LA, was arrested on December 25, 2021, at 6:00 PM, on the charges of possession of schedule I narcotics (marijuana) and driving under suspension. Willis was booked, processed, and released to appear in Third Ward City Court.
