Carl Dupas, 58, of Iberia St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on December 20, 2021, at 6:00 AM, on the charge of criminal mischief. Dupas was booked, processed, and held on a $500.00 bond.
Jonathan Louviere, 18, of Willow St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on December 20, 2021, at 2:12 PM, on a warrant dated December 17, 2021, for criminal conspiracy – 4 counts, terrorizing – 4 counts, false communication with the intent to cause an emergency response – 4 counts, and criminal mischief – 4 counts. Louviere was booked, processed, and released to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
