The Franklin Police Department responded to 21 complaints over the past weekend and made the following arrests:
Justin Richardson, 33, of St. Charles St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on January 9, 2022, at 12:25 PM, on the charge of domestic abuse battery with strangulation. Richardson was booked, processed, and held on a $20,000.00 bond.
