Bayou Ramos Bridge Re-Opens with Alternating Lane Closures

The Highway 182/Bayou Ramos bridge has re-opened with alternating one-lane traffic controlled by a portable traffic signal.

Additionally, the road will be open to regular traffic with a 16-foot lane restriction on oversized loads passing through the work zone.

The bridge was damaged following a collision with a marine vessel on Wednesday, Dec. 22.
