Cheryl Breaux, a beloved Wife, Mother, Sister, Grandmother, and Friend, peacefully passed away onFebruary 20, 2024, in her home in Patterson, LA at the age of 67. Cherished daughter of the lateLee and Hazel Landry, Cheryl was born on December 15, 1956, in Morgan City, LA. Throughout herlife, Cheryl was always an individual who truly knew no stranger. Cheryl was a dedicated fan of theNew Orleans Saints and loved to watch her favorite team play.
Mrs. Breaux’s passion for karaoke brought humor and joy to many. Her creativity and sense of humor will be remembered fondly by all who had the pleasure of hearing her sing.
She leaves behind a loving family, including her devoted husband Marvin Breaux of 51 years, loving children Brandi Breaux and Matthew Breaux and wife Kristina, caring siblings Michael Landry and wife Cindy, David Landry and wife Jennifer, Dianna Leblanc, and Sybil Lasseigne, as well as her adored grandchildren Emma Breaux and Olivia Breaux, and many loving Nieces and Nephews.
Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents, Lee and Hazel Landry; parent-in-laws, Raymond and Helen Breaux, brother-in-law, Don Lasseigne, nephew Ryan Leblanc.
The Pallbearers will be Todd LeBlanc, Greg Lasseigne, Sean Lasseigne, Bransen Landry, Zack LeBlanc, and Tyler Leblanc. Honorary pallbearers will be Art Leblanc and RJ Menard.
The public is invited to pay their respects at the visitation at Twin City Funeral Home on February 22, 2024, starting at 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. A second Visitation will be held on February 23, 2024 at 8:00A.M. to 10:00 A.M. also at the Twin City Funeral home. The Mass celebrating Cheryl’s life will takeplace at the Holy Cross Catholic Church on February 23, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. Following the Mass,Cheryl will be laid to rest at Morgan City Cemetery at 12:00 P.M.
Cheryl Breaux will forever be remembered for her love, kindness and infectious smile. May she rest in peace as her memory lives on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
