Beth Price-Chaisson Introduced as St. Mary Chamber of Commerce President

Beth Price-Chaisson has been introduced as the newly-appointed president of the St. Mary Chamber of Commerce. The president’s position was vacant since the passing of former president, Donna Meyer, who died on October, 3, 2021.

Chaisson was formally introduced during Wednesday’s annual Chamber Awards Luncheon. She was born and raised in Morgan City. Chaison worked with the City of Morgan City for 10 years including as manager of the Morgan City Main Street Program and Municipal Auditorium.

Chaisson said she looks forward to meeting each of the chamber’s more than 400 members and working across St. Mary Parish to promote, market and grow the parish. She said she also plans to work with St. Mary Parish Economic Director Evan Boudreaux and wants bring new, spirited events and ideas to the parish.
