Kethan Clark B/M 24 of Grovetown Georgia was arrested on July 13,2023 at 08:56 AM for
Berwick Police Chief David Leonard reports the following arrest:
- POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA (UNDER 14 GRAMS)
On July 13, 2023 at approximately 08:40 AM officers in the area of Utah Street detected an odor of Marijuana coming from a vehicle at that location. Officers made contact with the driver of the vehicle who was identified as Clark. While speaking with Clark he admitted to having Marijuana inside the vehicle. The Marijuana was collected and Clark was placed under arrest. He was later released on a summons to appear in court for the above charge.
