Berwick Police Chief David Leonard reports the following arrests:
Alexander Canles H/M 36 Sixth St. Berwick was arrested on January 10, 2023 at 3:46 PM for
- WARRANT- DOMESTIC ABUSE BATTERY
On January 9,2023 officers responded to a residence on Sixth Street in reference to a domestic disturbance taking place. Upon arrival, evidence was gathered developing Canles as a suspect. Through the investigation it was learned that Canles committed a battery on a female victim inside the residence however he was no longer there at the time. A warrant was later obtained. On January 10, 2023 at approximately 3:46 PM officers located Canles at the residence. Canles was placed under arrest without incident and transported to the Berwick Police Department where he was booked on the warrant for Domestic Abuse Battery.
