Chief J.P. Henry welcomed Cub Scout Pack 438 to the Berwick Police Department on Tuesday afternoon.

During the visit, Chief Henry explained how officers investigate crimes and manage crime scenes. Assistant Chief Quentin Menard and Officer Chase Landry organized a mock crime scene in the department’s squad room.

The scouts participated in activities such as taking photographs, lifting fingerprints, and collecting evidence. They also toured the jail area, learning about booking procedures and daily operations.

To conclude their visit, the scouts had the chance to take their own “mug shot” photos. The Berwick Police Department appreciates Cub Scout Pack 438 for their interest and participation.
