The Patterson Police Department has arrested a 28-year-old man on a charge of forcible rape, according to Patterson Police Chief Garrett Grogan.
Dralyn West, age 28, was booked on November 22, 2025, at 11:37 a.m. on one count of Forcible Rape.
Grogan said West was attending a birthday party in May 2025 when he allegedly raped a relative who was also attending the party. A warrant was issued for West who was arrested in St. Landry Parish. His bond was set at $200,000. The investigation remains ongoing.
