PIERRE PART – Assumption Parish Sheriff Leland Falcon announced the arrest of 34-year-old Brock Jude Pipsair of 2572 Highway 70 South in Pierre Part on multiple felony charges stemming from a series of threatening incidents.
According to Sheriff Falcon, deputies responded to a complaint in Pierre Part where the victim reported that, over a two-week period, Pipsair had repeatedly made threats of bodily harm. Investigators determined that the threats were made through social media and during an in-person encounter where Pipsair allegedly blocked a roadway to confront the victim and provoke a physical altercation.
Following the investigation, deputies obtained arrest warrants for Pipsair.
On Thursday afternoon, Pipsair surrendered to authorities at the Assumption Parish Detention Center. He was booked on the following charges:

Pipsair remains in custody pending a bond hearing.
