According to FOX 8 News, a plane crash has claimed two lives in Lafourche Parish. Parish President Archie Chaisson said officials have found wreckage of the plane that was in flight out of New Orleans and had been missing overnight. According to officials NTSB has been notified and the wreckage was located in the water between Raceland and Houma near the intersection of Highways 90 and 182.
The victims have been identified as Lyle Panepinto and Lauren Menkemeller.
