Franklin Police Asking for Public’s Help in Locating Suspect Wanted for Shots Fired Incident

The Franklin Police Department is asking for assistance in locating the following subject in reference to the investigation from March 8, 2025 regarding calls of shots fired in the area of Iberia Street.

Tate Foco is wanted for home invasion, aggravated criminal damage to property, illegal use of weapons or dangerous instrumentalities, and attempted first degree murder – 2 counts.
