St. Mary Arrest Report 12-18-2023

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 148 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Bobby Joe Aucoin, 35, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on December 15, 2023, at 5:55 pm on the following charges:

  • Burglary-simple (3 counts)
  • Criminal trespass
  • Attempted theft
  • Resisting arrest or officer

Bail has not been set at this time.

Wesley Aaron Rink, 28, Patterson, LA, was arrested on December 17, 2023, at 11:02 pm on the following charges:

  • Stop signs and yield signs
  • Possession of schedule II drug with intent to distribute
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Driver must be licensed

Bail has not been set at this time.

Tirquener Easha Francois, 48, Patterson, LA, was arrested on December 15, 2023, at 4:22 pm on the following charges:

  • Possession of schedule I drugs (fentanyl) with intent to distribute
  • Possession of schedule II (crack cocaine) with intent to distribute
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Possession of schedule I (marijuana) with intent to distribute
  • Possession of schedule II (methamphetamine) with intent to distribute

Bail was set at $12,000.

Marc Antonio Cooper, 53, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on December 15, 2023, at 7:40 pm on the following charges:

  • Possession of schedule I drugs (fentanyl) with intent to distribute
  • Possession of schedule II (crack cocaine) with intent to distribute
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Possession of schedule I (marijuana) with intent to distribute
  • Possession of schedule II (methamphetamine) with intent to distribute

Bail has not been set at this time.

Matayla Diane Jordan, 21, Goldonna, LA, was arrested on December 17, 2023, at 12:17 am for theft of a motor vehicle and unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling.  Bail has not been set at this time.

All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
