Kai Reed, 41, of Cayce St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 30, 2023, at 5:58 PM, on a warrant dated March 30, 2023, for the charges of unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling, and theft. Redd was additionally arrested on a 16th Judicial District Court warrant for simple battery. Reed was booked, processed, and released on a $6,000.00 bond.
Keenze Howard, 57, of Ninth St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 30, 2023, at 8:06 PM, on the charges of driving under suspension. Howard was booked, processed, and held on a $1,000.00 bond.
