Sexual Battery
Indecent Behavior with Juveniles

On February 01, 2024, Investigators with the Morgan City Police Department Detectives Division began an investigation regarding a sexual battery that had occurred after receiving a report from the Department of Child and Family Services.
Kevin Kinslow was identified as the suspect in the investigation. Reports indicate that Kinslow allegedly groped the victim in the investigation.

Warrants were prepared for Kinslow’s arrest. On March 11, 2024, Kinslow was located and arrested on the active arrest warrants in Lafourche Parish with the assistance of the Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Kinslow was transported and processed at the Lafourche Parish Correctional Facility and later transported to the Morgan City Jail. He remains incarcerated awaiting court proceedings.
