WHERE: Portions of central, south central, southwest, and westncentral Louisiana and southeast Texas.

WHEN: For the first Heat Advisory, until 7 PM CDT this evening.nFor the second Heat Advisory, from 10 AM to 7 PM CDT Wednesday.

IMPACTS: Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heatnillnesses.

Instructions:
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out ofnthe sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.nnTake extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loosenfitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morningnor evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion andnheat stroke.
