WHAT: For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as lownas 12 expected. For the Wind Advisory, north winds to 20 mph withngusts up to 30 mph expected. For the Freeze Watch, a hard freezenwith temperatures as low as 20 possible.

IMPACTS: Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Treenlimbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.nFrostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin isnexposed to these temperatures. Frost and freeze conditions couldnkill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damagenunprotected outdoor plumbing.
