WHAT: For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as lownas 17 expected. For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperaturesnas low as 26 to 28 expected.

WHERE: Portions of south central and southwest Louisiana andnsoutheast Texas.

WHEN: For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 10 AM CST Monday. Fornthe Freeze Warning, until 9 AM CST Monday.

IMPACTS: Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected ski

is exposed to these temperatures. Frost and freeze conditionsncould kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damagenunprotected outdoor plumbing.

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for highnprofile vehicles. Use extra caution.nnUse caution while traveling outside.
