WHERE: Portions of central, south central, southwest, and westncentral Louisiana and southeast Texas.
WHEN: From 6 PM Saturday to noon CST Sunday.
IMPACTS: Frostbite and hypothermia will be possible ifnunprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.
