HOUMA, La. (March 24, 2026) — The Houma Police Department is investigating an incident involving a group of students who reportedly created a list containing the names of several individuals, prompting concern among school officials and the surrounding community.
According to authorities, the investigation resulted in the arrest of three juvenile students, ages 15 and 16. The juveniles were charged with terrorizing in connection with the incident.
Houma Police officials praised those who came forward with information that helped lead to the arrests. The department is also encouraging parents to have conversations with their children about the importance of reporting suspicious or concerning behavior.
