Dustin Michael Lovell, 27, Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 25, 2024, at 3:19 pm on the following charges:
- No insurance
- Possession of marijuana
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Possession of schedule II drugs

Scotty Allen Pellerin, 43, Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 25, 2024, at 7:12 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for the charges of theft and entry on or remaining in places or on land after being forbidden. Bail has not been set at this time.
