St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 28 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Garnet Marie Collette, 57, Charenton, LA, was arrested on June 8, 2023, at 2:48 pm on a warrant for the charges of possession of marijuana and obstruction of justice. Bail has not been set at this time.
All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
