St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff’s Office responded to 35 complaints and reports the following arrests:
Kevin Latroy Darby, 32, Patterson, LA, was arrested on November 29, 2022, at 5:26 pm on three warrants for failure to appear on the following charges:
- Criminal neglect of family
- Possession of firearm/carrying of concealed weapon by a convicted felon
- Illegal use of weapons or dangerous instrumentalities
- Illegal use/possession/control of weapons-crime of violence/CDS
- Possession of schedule IV CDS- alprazolam
- Possession of schedule I CDS-heroin
- Possession of marijuana
- Possession of schedule II CDS-methamphetamine
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
Bail has not been set at this time.
All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
