Rudolph Joseph “R.J.” Percle Jr., 92, a resident of Morgan City, passed away Thursday, June 9, 2022, at his home, surrounded by his loving family.
R.J. was born July 17, 1929, the son of Rudolph J. Percle Sr. and Lorena Verett Percle.
R.J. will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife, Ida Mae Alfred Percle of Morgan City; two sons, Bobby J. Percle and wife Trina of Stephensville, Kip Percle and wife Lynne of Morgan City; three brothers, Howard Percle and wife Nancy of Lake Charles, Norman Percle and wife Joyce of Stephensville, Aubrey Percle and wife Anita of Morgan City; seven grandchildren, Brant Percle, Catherine Percle Patereau and husband Eric, Seth Percle and wife Krissi, Ryan Percle and wife Kristin, Emily Norton and husband Keith, Koby Percle and wife Ashley, Kaitlyn Percle and fiancé Tyler Saucier; nine great-grandchildren Hank and Ellie Percle, Savannah and Trent Percle, Trace Norton, Vivienne Percle, Luke Percle, Michael and Ava Patereau.
R.J. was preceded in death by his parents, Rudolph Sr. and Lorena Percle; three sons, Michael, Rudolph III, and John Percle; four sisters, Elma Ross, Virgie Breaux, Betty Spears and Dorothy Aucoin; two brothers, Bernie and Earl Percle; grandson, Johnathan Percle.
The family would like to give thanks to all of the caregivers that gave their compassionate care to gramps and granny over the past few years.
