Qualifying opened Wednesday morning for the November 5th primary election.  On the ballot will be federal elections, including presidential and congressional races.

Locally, an election will be held to fill the unexpired term of the late Joseph Foulcard who represented District 1 on St. Mary Parish School Board. Foulcard passed away on December 9, 2023.

The local ballot also includes Morgan City mayor and all 5 seats of the city council. The runoff election, if necessary, will be held on December 7.

Qualifying continues through Friday afternoon. More qualifying information can be found below.
