Chief Garrett Grogan of the Patterson Police Department reported several arrests made from September 22nd until September 25th.
The first arrest was Brian J. Fitter, a 41-year-old male residing on Kelli Drive. Fitter was arrested on September 22nd at 12:36 pm near US 90 and Veterans Blvd. for domestic abuse battery, improper backing with an accident, and lack of insurance. He is currently incarcerated at the Patterson PD jail without bond set.
Ratrnia R. Bean, a 42-year-old Franklin resident from Ibert Street, was arrested on September 24th at 3:37 am along US 90 near Catherine Street. Bean faces charges of reckless operation, speeding at 83 mph in a 55 mph zone, and driving with a suspended or revoked license. Bean has since been released on a summons with a bond or fine of $974.
Lastly, Cynthia A. Metrejean, aged 35 from Main Street in Patterson, has been taken into custody on September 25th at 3:08 pm from Catherine Street. Metrejean had an outstanding warrant issued by the Morgan City Police Department for harboring dangerous or vicious dogs. She currently remains incarcerated at the Patterson PD jail with a bond or fine set at $300.
