Patterson Police Chief Garrett Grogan reports the following arrests:
Harvey D. Hamlett Jr. was arrested on October 6th at 12:49 pm on Third and Catherine Street in Patterson. He was charged with smoking in a motor vehicle, child restraint violations, and driving with a suspended or revoked license. He was later released on a summons with a bond/fine of $901.
Mark A. Smith, 59, of Myrtle Street in Patterson, was arrested on October 7th at 2:56 pm. He was charged with criminal damage to property and criminal trespass. He was later released on a summons with a bond/fine of $619.
Branden D. Mills, 43, of Main Street in Patterson, was arrested on October 7th at 4:30 pm. He was charged with aggravated battery of an infirm person.
