Louisiana State Police Troop I has confirmed to KQKI News that they are investigating an overnight crash near Baldwin that left one person dead. First responders were dispatched to Highway 90 eastbound near the Baldwin exit Thursday morning just before 2:00 am in reference to a single-vehicle accident. Although details are limited at this time, we can confirm that the single occupant of the vehicle was pronounced dead on the scene.
A spokeswoman with LSP Troop I tells KQKI News they will be releasing more information later and we will update the story as more details become available.
