*NOTE: News files should not be uploaded before 5:15 PM (Monday-Friday). All files will be overwritten in the system. If you are updating news for that day, it would be ok to upload the file(s) before this time, as news would be overwritten and be immediately updated.

To upload news files, please make sure you have saved them as 2040.mp3 for the main news and 2041.mp3 for the arrest reports. You will upload both files at the same time by pressing on the “SELECT NEWS FILE(S)” button below. You can also drag and drop your files onto the page. Once you have selected or dropped your file(s), you can now click the “UPLOAD NEWS FILE(S)” button. This will begin the upload and update all news throughout the system. You will then be directed back to the NewsPortal.
