Joseph “Joe” Clayton Foulcard, Jr., 80, a native and resident of Franklin, LA passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 9, 2023 at the Heart Hospital in Lafayette, LA.
Visitations will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2023 from 9:00 AM until 12:15 PM at Jones Funeral Home Chapel 1101 Main Street Franklin, LA. Tributes will begin at 12:30 PM at the St. Jules Catholic Church 601 Magnolia Street Franklin, LA with Mass of Christian Burial starting at 1:00 PM. Father Peter Emusa, Celebrant. Burial will follow in the St. Jules Catholic Church Cemetery.
Joe leaves to cherish his memories, three loving daughters, Thelma Arthell (Mike) Senegal of Lafayette, LA, Shira Foulcard, and Shaena (Derrick) Foulcard Brown, both of Houston, TX; ex-wife, Fayester Foulcard of Houston, TX, a brother, Ted (Bettye) Foulcard, Sr. of Franklin, LA; a sister, Aline Foulcard Lageman of Los Angeles, CA, six grandchildren, and one great grandchild, along with a host of relatives a friends.
