
GRAY, La. — Terrebonne Parish Sheriff Tim Soignet announced the arrest of Kelvin Michael Vincent, 41, following a narcotics investigation conducted by the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division.
In the early hours of November 18, TPSO Narcotics Agents executed an operation at a residence in the 200 block of Marietta Place in Gray. Upon arrival, Agents located Vincent inside a vehicle parked in the driveway and detained him without incident.
Agents secured the residence and found three additional occupants, including a minor child, inside the home.
A search warrant executed at the scene resulted in the seizure of approximately 600 grams of methamphetamine, nearly 40 grams of fentanyl, various other illegal narcotics, marijuana, multiple prescription medications, and drug paraphernalia consistent with narcotics distribution activities.
Vincent was later arrested on the following charges:

Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS II (Methamphetamine)

Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS II (Fentanyl)

Possession with Intent to Distribute Suboxone

Possession of Marijuana

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Possession of a Legend Drug

Possession of a CDS in the Presence of a Minor
Vincent was booked into the Terrebonne Parish Criminal Justice Complex, where he remains jailed on a $385,000 bond set by local judges.
Sheriff Soignet commended the Agents for their work, stating, “Our Narcotics Division continues to work tirelessly to remove dangerous drugs from our neighborhoods. Their dedication and persistence play a critical role in protecting our citizens and holding narcotics offenders accountable in our parish.”
