The much-anticipated Annual Citywide Christmas Lighting Display Contest in Franklin is scheduled for Thursday, December 14, starting at 6pm. Participants can simply light up their outdoor and window Christmas displays without registering. A panel of five judges from out of town will tour the city’s residential and business districts to select the 1st and 2nd Place winners. As always, winners will be awarded a yard sign and gain bragging rights for an entire year.
