The Franklin Police Department responded to 13 calls for service over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
Steve Randle, 55, of Ninth St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on May 13, 2025, at 7:35 AM, on the charge of violation of protective order – 2nd offense. Randle was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
Michael Ceaser, 45, of Martin Luther King St., Baldwin, LA, was arrested on May 14, 2025, at 2:41 AM, on warrants for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charges of theft, driving under suspension, and speeding. Ceaser was booked, processed, and held on a $761.00 bond.
