The Franklin Police Department responded to 14 calls for service over the past 24 hours and made the following arrests:
Irving Lumpkin, 64, of Robertson St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 29, 2025, at 3:19 PM, on the charges of driving under suspension, hit and run, owner to secure registration, no insurance, and expired MVI. Lumpkin was booked, processed, and held on a $3,000.00 bond.
