The Franklin Police Department responded to 10 calls for service over the past weekend and made the following arrests:
Lysander Williams, 56, of Rod Ln., Baldwin, LA, was arrested on March 28, 2025, at 5:25 PM, on the charges of simple battery, disturbing the peace, and driving under suspension. Williams was booked, processed, and released on a $4,500.00 bond.
Ricky Lemon, 56, of Anderson St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 28, 2025, at 7:05 PM, on the charges of molestation of a juvenile and sexual battery. Lemon was booked, processed, and held on $300,000.00 bond.
Tyrus Polidore, 34, of Twelfth St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 29, 2025, at 2:14 PM, on the charges of battery of a police officer, and resisting an officer. Polidore was additionally, arrested on warrants for 16th Judicial District Court for failure to register and notify as a sex offender and a failure to appear warrant for criminal neglect of family. Polidore was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
Danielle Brown, 51, of Plantation Dr., Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 29, 2025, at 8:06 PM, on the charges of driving under suspension, no proof of insurance and improper display of plate. Brown was booked, processed, and release on a $766.00 bond.
Deangela Ina, 40, of Park Avenue, Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 30, 2025, at 12:12 PM, on the charges of domestic abuse battery, resisting an officer, and battery of a police officer. Ina was booked, processed, and held on a $4,500.00 bond.
Kevin Ina, 54, of Park Avenue, Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 30, 2025, at 12:14 PM, on the charge of domestic abuse battery. Ina was booked, processed, and held on a $2,500.00 bond.
Season Edwards, 22, of 19th St., Lake Charles, LA, was arrested on March 30, 2025, at 10:49 PM, on the charges of speeding and reckless operation. Edwards was booked, processed, and released on a $875.50 bond.
