The Franklin Police Department responded to 15 complaints over the past weekend and made the following arrests:
Zachary Guidry, 25, of Channing Way, Sunset, LA, was arrested on July 28, 2023, at 8:02 AM, on the charges of speeding and reckless operation. Guidry was booked, processed, and released on a $568.00 bond.
David Madison, 59, of Iberia St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 28, 2023, at 10:00 AM, on a warrant dated July 20, 2023, for simple battery. Madison was booked, processed, and released on a $2,500.00 bond.
Thomas Jones, 34, of Railroad Ave., Morgan City, LA, was arrested on July 28, 2023, at 12:25 PM, on the charges of speeding and suspended driver’s license. Jones was booked, processed, and released on a $1,250.00 bond.
Nolberto Gonzales, 55, of Highway 308, Thibodaux, LA, was arrested on July 30, 2023, at 8:19 PM, on the charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, careless operation, and no driver’s license. Gonzales was booked, processed, and released on a $1,421.00 bond.
