Jaydon Richard, 18, of Lee Charles St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 12, 2023, at 2:36 PM, on the charge of violation of protective order. Richard was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
Frank Lewis, 59, of Clay St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 12, 2023, at 3:15 PM, on the charge of child desertion. Lewis was booked, processed, and released on a $1,000.00 bond.
Mercedes Williams, 20, of Cypress Ln., Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on July 12, 2023, at 8:20 PM, on the charge of possession of schedule I narcotics (marijuana). Williams was booked, processed, and released to appear in Third Ward City Court.
