Ja’Andre Willis, 23, of Louie St., Lake Charles, LA, was arrested on July 11, 2023, at 12:27 PM, on the charges of speeding and driving under suspension. Willis was booked, processed, and released on a $1,250.00 bond.
Julien Decultot, 46, of Rua Antonio Lisboa Alves, Brazil, was arrested on July 11, 2023, at 3:49 PM, on the charges of stop sign violation – 2 counts. Decultot was booked, processed, and released on a $458.50 bond.
