Deondric Butler, 29, of Ninth St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 9, 2024, at 2:40 PM, on a warrant dated January 4, 2024, for simple battery – 2 counts, disturbing the peace, and simple criminal damage to property. Butler was booked, processed, and released on a $7,000.00 bond.
Carl Dupas, 60, of Iberia St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 9, 2024, at 2:49 PM, on the charges of aggravated assault, resisting an officer, possession of schedule II narcotics (meth), and possession of drug paraphernalia. Dupas was additionally arrested on a warrant for parole violation. Dupas was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
Hailee Henslee, 33, of Irish Bend Rd., Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 9, 2024, at 8:36 PM, on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charge of simple assault. Henslee was booked, processed, and held on a $318.00 bond.
