The Franklin Police Department responded to 21 complaints over the past weekend and made the following arrests:
Lilly Touchet, 31, of Magnolia St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 7, 2023, at 8:38 PM, on a warrant for 16th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Touchet was booked, processed, and released to appear in 16th Judicial District Court.
Raken Tillman, 20, of Hamilton St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 8, 2023, at 5:42 AM, on the charges of aggravated obstruction of a highway commerce, speed zone limits, driver must be licensed, stop sign violation – 10 counts, and flight from an officer. Tillman was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
Troyvor Tillman, 27, of Park Ave., Thibodaux, LA, was arrested on July 8, 2023, at 7:21 PM, on a warrant for City Court of Thibodaux for failure to appear on the charges of failure to display license plate and possession of marijuana. Tillman was additionally arrested on a warrant for 17th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on the charges of driver must be licensed, view outward or inward through windshield obscuring prohibited, and possession of marijuana. Tillman was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
Ronnie Boatman, Jr., 44, of Carl C. Foulcard Dr., Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 9, 2023, at 8:54 PM, on the charges of theft, criminal trespassing – 2 counts, and simple burglary. Boatman was booked, processed, and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
Alvin Cook, 68, of Anderson St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 9, 2023, at 9:00 PM, on a warrant dated July 5, 2023, for theft. Cook was booked, processed, and released to appear in Third Ward City Court.
