The Franklin Police Department responded to 21 complaints over the past weekend and made the following arrests:
Michelle Brown, 50, of Eighth St., Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 29, 2022, at 11:06 PM, on the charge of simple criminal damage to property. Brown was booked, processed, and released to appear in Third Ward City Court.
Daylon Richard, 21, of Richard St., Baldwin, LA, was arrested on April 30, 2022, at 1:02 PM, on a warrant dated March 23, 2022, for illegal carrying of weapon and disturbing the peace by alarming the public. Richard was booked, processed, and released on a $2,000.00 bond
